I was in the market for an engine for my Jeep project when I decided to try Marietta Auto Salvage. Wow was I ever glad I did!\r Chuck was so much help! He advised me to get a donor car instead of just an engine. He had just the right car for me!\r Now I can complete my project without looking everywhere for miscellaneous parts.\r Friendly, helpful, fair priced, what more do you need. Being skeptical as I am I also watched Chuck with the other\r Patrons as they came and went. He was very patient with folks that had no clue what they wanted or needed.\r I will be back for sure. Thanks Chuck for all the help!\r Bob Casteel \r (Casteel Htg. & Clg.) We’ll take amazing care of you! more

Helpful Salvage Yard 2/4/2013

I went to this salvage yard yesterday to pickup a part for my car. Let me just say, that I was very impressed with this outfit. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone the previous day courteous and helpful and a second gentleman who I ended up dealing with was as well. The yard is owned by two brothers whom I had the pleasure of meeting, and I must say they run a tight ship. The yard is a clean as a whistle, and the office area is very nice as well...looks new. When I was there, I eavesdropped on a customer and her conversation with the third employee in the office. While they did not have the part she needed, I heard the salesman say that he located the part at another salvage yard and gave her the name, address and phone number to the other salvage yard!...Now that's service in my book. I got my strut for my Volvo S70 for 65% less what a new one costs at Autozone and headed home thoroughly impressed! more

Used parts at dealer prices! 1/2/2013

A salvage yard is a place to buy used auto parts at a reasonably discounted price. I recently inquired about a rubber door seal which had considerable wear from being exposed to the elements. They wanted to sell me the part for $5 dollars less than what I could purchase it new. When I mentioned the dealer price they rudely remarked ?I advise you to buy it, have a nice day.? Seriously? I strongly recommend you check out eBay, the internet and competitors before visiting this yard. more

My go-to place for used and aftermarket parts 11/15/2010

I have purchased used parts from Marietta Auto Salvage numerous times over the last ten plus years. Their prices are very reasonable and the guys there are extremely helpful. They usually have what I need but on occasion they have not had the part but they have ALWAYS either helped me find the part or a least gave me several leads. They also have access to good quality new aftermarket parts as well. I saved over $100 on a aftermarket replacement taillight alone for my Chrysler van. I have referred my friends to them and would not hesitate to do that in the future. more

Salvage You Can Count On 1/23/2009

Being almost in the heart of Marietta this junk yard has come under unneeded scrutiny through the years. As the town has grown outward and Cobb county gained more and more residents this junkyard has been unfairly approached by officials for over a decade. Having said that, these days you may not find the selection you once might have in this very well kept yard. They do know exactly what parts they have on hand. So give them a call or check on their website before you drive over and waste the gas. It's a knowledgeable staff and very helpful. If you have to go junking for your parts this is certainly a good option. more

Marietta Auto Salvage 12/17/2008

This place is very helpful and a great money saver. The mechanic was surprised when I came back to him with the car part I needed for him to fix the door handle on the car. I have'nt been in awhile but won't hassitate if I ever need their service in the future. more

Great location. 10/2/2008

Nicest and cleanest junk yard I have ever been to and I have been in quite a few. Quick and efficient service. Price was higher than I expected but still 1/3rd of dealer cost so still got out alot cheaper.Very convenient! Would recommend to anyone including the ladies. more

Marietta Auto Salvage Review 2/6/2008

Marietta Auto Salvage is a decent car-part store, though I have the slight feeling that the quality isn't as good as I would have liked. However, once I purchased and used the parts, I found that they worked well and satisfactory. Their website (www.partsrequest.com) isn't the greatest information port, but it does list all the parts available and the ones that you can purchase. The store is a bit hard to locate, but other than that, the product and service is quite satisfactory, and prices are very reasonable. Recommended for those in need of specialized car parts. more
