Mansion Grove is starting a 21 month construction project on site building 7 new bldgs of 3 to 4 stories (124 apartments).
this buildings are being build "in between" (yes, I am not joking) existing bldgs. So imagine if you would like to live and raise your family "on" the construction site and Pay US$1600+ per month for that!
We the existing residents are stuck with the leases, but I feel obligated to warn propsective tenants about what they are getting into... Please read the lease carefully, ask for construction plans and walk around the property to make sure this is what you want.
Cons: bad management, no concerns for residents safty - lack of communication
