I woke in the middle of the night a few Saturdays ago with a throbbing toothache. After trying Motrin and Advil for a few hours and still in pain I thought I was going to have to go to the emergency clinic for a toothache. I then remember a co worker of mines mentioning that she goes to her dentist on a Sunday. I figure I would wait to later in the morning to call and ask for the office number.
After getting the telephone number to Dr Mang's office I gave it a shot and called to see if they could take me in on such short notice. It was such a relieve when the receptionist informed me that even though the office was booked for the day they'll still see me since I was in so much pain. From the moment I walked into the building I was impressed at how professional and friendly the atmosphere was in there. First impressions are everything and my first impression was the soothing water fall and the super clean office. The girls at the front desk were helpful in Explaining the paperwork and insurance question.
The assistants were patient and kind as I was having a hard time with the X-rays since I was in so much pain. Dr Mang came in a brief time later and went over the X-rays and his recommended treatment. Even though I was seen on an emergency basis they still treated me with the utmost
care and respect.
I left the office knowing two things:
1- I was no longer in pain like the night before
2- I found my new primary dentist. A dentist that is truly concern for the well being of his patients and a staff that is professional yet friendly to ease the pain and anxiety that is associated with going to the dentist.
I highly recommend Dr Mang to anyone seeking out a great dentist that cares about his patients.
