If you only care about getting a nice hairdo, then this is the place. There is only one lady there that styles hair, and she has SERIOUS attitude, and is very unpleasant to be under. Her work is good, but it's not worth being uncomfortable. You would like to have decent, if not a fun converstation with your stylist (it makes the time go by), and if you don't have that...then you might as well do your own hair at home! The main stylist is a short, fiesty, snappy, defensive, firecracker with no personalisty. Other than that of "hood girl". The salon is very poorly/cheaply decorated with no energy at all! Again...if you want a decent hairstyle, then she (Terry) is your girl. If you want an energetic, friendly, welcoming, warm, up-to-date, and variety of stylist- - This is NOT the place.
The last "kicker"...get this: She (Terry) doesn't offer Saturday appointments UNLESS you are one of her regulars! Can you believe that? What stylist would not want to aquire more-new clients by restricting them to "weekday only " appointments? Talk about arrogant and full of one self! I could see if this was a fancy, upscale salon, but it's in a strip mall, next to a liquor store for goodness sake! "Only my regulars can come on Satuday's...". Nice way to run a salon and accomodate your clients (when Saturday is the most common day for salon service).
