It's greasy American food but it's cheap as hell and that makes it all worth it. The atmosphere is funny--sort of bland (but there is a big, distracting flat screen TV inside)--and there are lots of El Segundo plant workers there during the week. But getting french toast for about 3 bucks or an omelet with veggies for 5 bucks with lots of coffee for another dollar or two is not a bad deal. I'd recommend sitting outside and ordering breakfast.
Pros: Cheap cheap cheap
Cons: Strange vibe, greasy food
