What little interaction I had this office was really disappointing. I scheduled an appointment here because my mother recommended her Dr. The receptionist was rude and quite unwilling to address my concerns, in that she made me feel ignorant for having any questions to ask at all. New patients have to be entered into their "patient portal" which I can understand, but as a young adult I can tell you this was the most incomprehensible computer database I have come into contact with recently. I missed my first appointment and admitted fully it was a mistake on my part, I simply scheduled the wrong date in my phone reminders. I called several times trying to reach someone at the office after trying to reschedule my appointment through their patient portal (which was always unsuccessful). The new patient extension on their office phone essentially tells you to join patient portal and then redirects to a mailbox that is full so that you cannot leave a message. I paid the $25.00 no-show fee and then I could no longer access my patient portal, after numerous password resets and calls to the office I finally got someone on the phone to address this. After all of this I was told that because I missed my first appointment that the Dr. chose to not see me. So essentially this office took my money and then refused to see me for an appointment because of a simple mistake. The 1000 hoops they ask you to jump through to become their patient are confusing and they use every opportunity to prevent you from speaking to an actual human. As an employee in the customer service sector I can tell you they are blatantly uninterested in new patients and did nothing to assist me or to even inform me that they would not accept me as a patient. I truly felt disrespected by this office and would not recommend them to anyone ever. And the time they refused to help or communicate with me prevented me from making a doctors appointment with someone who would actually agree to see me. I was truly blown away by the inefficiency and rudeness.
