Staff needs some training and owner/manager needs to help with training and be more available to his staff before will visit establishment again.\r
I was told 45 minute wait for two take-n-bake pizzas. When I arrived 50 minutes later, I was told that my pizza was in line to be made. After waiting another 15 minutes, I asked when it would be ready, and I was told that it would be another 35-40 minutes. \r
I asked for owner's name (Pete) and email/phone number and was told that he doesn't give that information out and to call the store the following day and ask to speak with him. I said after waiting for 2 hours for take-n-bake pizza that I think the least he could do is call me instead of me having to call him. I left my name and phone number for him to call and was told that he would be helping to open the store the following day (noon). I never heard from the owner. \r
I've spent $77.27 in pizzas there in the last two weeks and it will take a call from the owner before I will spend another cent in this franchise/location.
Pros: Good pizza
Cons: Not managed well
