I purchased a vehicle from Malibu two years ago and had a good experience. After about 6 months, I had a minor mechanical problem and called the owner. He said to bring the car in and he would help me, which he did. I am a single Mom of two small children so every little bit helps. The owner only charged me for the parts, so I decided that I would be loyal to him when it came time for me to buy another car. Two months ago, I traded in my car for another one. I purchased a mid-sized SUV and love it. I don't have the best credit, so it was nice that the owner was willing to work with me on the down payment and smaller monthly notes. Unlike the previous poster, I AM a woman of faith and would never use ""Jesus"" in the same voice of insulting another. I just had to post and say that not every customer has had a bad experience, in fact, I would bet that most don't since my belief is that the owner is a devoted man of faith and does care about his customers. Sadly, it is my opinion that there are those customers that want to blame their irresponsibility to take care of their car or make timely payments that want to write the most insulting posts. If you can't take care of a vehicle or make payments, take a cab! I would highly recommend Malibu Auto Sales to anyone.
