I have never bought any jewellery here. They claim to specialize in jewellery repair so I that's what I have dealt with them in.\r \r Overall, my experience has been really good with them. I have given my mangalsutra once for repair, my husband's wedding ring twice since the diamonds fell out and my own wedding ring to replace the base.\r \r They have done a good job each time and charged a reasonable sum of money for their services. To change the base of my ring, they charged me 65 $ and to fix my husband's ring, they charged me 25 - 30 $. For my ring, they even polished it for me and returned it looking like new, better than new.\r \r Sometimes, they may seem a little slow and may not always run on schedule, but they are organized about calling you once your item is ready and they are pretty reliable.\r \r I would use their services again. Where do I start, I had a very very bad experience with this Jewellery Store, some time in September 2nd week, I gave Makanji jewellers some money ( as a deposit for a Candian Maple Leaf Gold Coin ), $800.00 dollars. The jewellers promised me to order one Gold coin, as it was out of stock at that point of time. The jewellers promised that he would get me the coin in the next two days. In all we lost 3 weeks of our time, a precious weekend and lot of agony since we weren't sure we will be able to see a penny of this $800.00 I went there after few days to collect my Coin, but the jewellers refused to give any and said that he does not have it and we should come back at the end of the month. We told him that we need our money back, since he could not keep his word. Up on which he blatantly refused to refund our money back, and ordered us to check back at the end of the month. So after minutes of arguing me and wife told him that we are okay with coming back at the end of the month. So we did go back on Sep 30th, againt the same old excuse he does not have the money and he already gave the money to a different company, we argued that we gave the money to him and he should give it back to us, but he refused and he did not give us our money back. So we asked him when he will have the money or the coin ready, the jeweller asked for few more days. SO finally went y'day and literally had to sit in his office for over 3 hours, before he gave us the money. Gosh!!.... we had to ruin our entire weekend just for getting our money back. I am not sure how this guy functions normally, but we had a hell of a time. We will never ever purchase any thng from him. But I thought I will lodge a complaint agains this shop, since I don't want people to suffer like I did. more

This jewelery store is one of the worst in the world the service there is absolutely horrible the store takes more money and rips you off . They take money from you behind your back if you go to this store you can expect some of the worst people on the face of the earth to serve you and for them to be rude as possible. these people are among the worst in the world they are scums of S*&t on the bottom of gods foot. if some one were to recommend this store to you then they work there so do not go to this store. more
