Mainspring Wellness Center

I was a little skeptical when I drove in the driveway and realized this place was in the basement and the entrance was a small dark stairwell. But when I walked in the door it was like I'd been taken to a far away place. The lighting was dim and relaxing, soft music was playing, the reception area was so inviting with twinkle lights and cozy couches, and it smelled so good. I was excited just to be there. I went there to get a Brazilian wax, which I found many places don't offer. The staff was friendly and made me feel really comfortable, and it didn't hurt nearly as bad as I feared! Apparently she'd taken slightly longer than she thought she should have, although I wouldn't have known, but she gave me a discount anyway! I was certainly impressed by the service. more

I haven’t experienced their wide variety of services. I was only able to enjoy their full pedicure…which is very nice. For Mother’s Day my husband and kids gave me a gift certificate for a full pedicure at the Mainspring Day Spa. It was very nice. You sit in a massage chair (which you can control the settings) during the whole thing. You put your feet in a foot massage bath and then the “worker” there takes turns pampering both of your feet. The full pedicure includes the pedicure and lower leg massage. They even out and beautify all of your toenails, soften your rough and dry heels, and massage your feet and lower legs. It’s all a very nice and relaxing experience and the staff are nice and friendly. I’d love to go back and try out their other services. more
