MaidPro, Littleton, failed to deliver quality services, including their highly subjective "49-point" checklist. When we authorized an additional two hours to clean our house upon move-out, we expected a certain level of service and professionalism. Nonetheless, we encountered one staff member "fleeing" the scene before completion and had to flag down the other one to point out their deficiencies. As it was a Friday, they could not come back on Saturday to fulfill their 24-hour commitment. Given that we did not have access to the house after Saturday since it was the last day of our lease, the 24-hour guarantee was irrelevant. MaidPro refused to refund the additional 2 hours of worthless/substandard services and did not provide additional alternatives on that Friday when we notified them of our concerns.
