I am the owner of Magnolia Alignment Center, I would like to respond to the Yvonne J review. Her review was penned in 2009 so I could not look up any information on her repair. All of our customers are given a written estimate before we start repairs. If Ms. J was not happy with the price she could have declined our recommendations. As a matter of policy I try to price our work in the middle range of repair shops. Not the cheapest or the most expensive.\r
I have owned this business for 42 years. We specialize in brake and wheel alignment repair. Ms. J never contacted me about any over charge and gave us 3 stars. I would take from this that the repairs were done properly. I am sorry she feels we were too expensive but I don't like paying $4.00 a gallon for gas or $9.00 for popcorn and coke at the theatre. Everything costs too much.\r
