""While staying in New York at the hotel, we discovered your wonderful spa through the internet. During the week that we were at the New York we spent time at the spa almost every day. The variety of treatments and the totally professional service were beyond compare. We particularly enjoyed the relationship that we developed with the lovely girls,who took such marvelous care of us each day. The setting was particularly tranquil and relaxing. hidden treasure of Manhattan! 9/7/2008

After a long and tedious research on how to correct imperfections on skin of my face, I decided to try facial, by, what my girlfriend refers to is magic Irina. This woman ( Irina) was able to do what I have not been able to achieve in over 5 years! Even after a first session, I was already able to see major improvements in my skin! My face felt softer and smoother then I can ever remember. I have tried gold mask and I have tried rejuvenation facial, I have tried several different packages and have not yet stopped being amassed by the improvements in the quality of my skin after each treatment. Magic Irina ? you are a hidden treasure of Manhattan! Thank you for saving my skin! my search for the treatment of my blemishes, imperfections, and spots is finally over! Pros: great value more

I bought my girlfriend a birthday present. A day at the Madison spa ? it was a big Success! She loved it. She had a massage a facial and a body wrap. When she got home from the spa ? she just could not stop talking about how beautiful she felt and how much she enjoyed it. For me ? it was a big reward knowing that she had a great time. For her ? she was pampered and treated like a queen. She now wants for both of us to go back for the couples massage. I?m looking forward to it. I only hear good things about this place. I know my girl is a bit of a snob, she would not love it unless it was really good. Pros: great massage, great facial and a great body wrap more

Very nice atmosphere 3/2/2008

Took my husband for an anniversary present to this spa for a couples package. What a nice treat!!! Massage was peasant and relaxing. Facial was the best I ever had!!!! I felt 10 years younger after leaving this place. I loved it so much that I scheduled followed up appointment right away!! I would strongly recommend this place! Very professional. Cheap for a reason 2/17/2008

I took my bf here for a couples massage in Jan and it was very disappointing. I chose it b/c the spa had good reviews, but was relatively cheap. When I called to make an appointment, it sounded like I had called someone's cell phone and caught them in the middle of something. They didn't ask about male/female preferences for masseuses or anything. Red flag #1. At the spa, we had to ring the buzzer about 10 times. Apparently there is no receptionist. Upon entering, I almost died laughing. The decor was awful. Oh well, we were there for a massage, right? more

Great experience at Madison Spa NY 7/11/2007

We just returned from NYC (girl's weekend)and had the most pleasurable spa experience of our lives! The Oxygen facial was delightful, my skin is still glowing. Irin, was so knowledgeable and has ""goddess hands"", the facial was the best ever! Also, I had the most awesome, The Hot Stone Massage with Fernando was incredible. Truly warm and wonderful group of therapists are lovely people who have really created a Spa like no other. more

I have just came back from this spa. I had a very positive experience. Living in Geneva most of my life, I have visited many different types of spa facilities, and what I like most about Madison Spa is the service and the atmosphere. I bought a package with the facial and the hot stone massage and both were performed by clearly knowledgeable therapist. She has not only performed the service with the most delightful attitude, she has also went out of her way to go over the types of facial creams I should be using for the my type of skin. She is very knowledgeable and I would recommend her without hesitation. more

Visiting Madison-spa was a treatment of a lifetime! What a pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful, clean, fresh, tasteful decorated room was prepared for me on time for my facial appointment, but when the treatment began? I did not care to even enjoy the my surroundings. I fell into the deep sense of enjoyment. The therapist providing a facial service to me has introduced me to the to the sense of well being! This treatment truly detoxified me and made me feel and look younger. Truly the ultimate luxurious experience! more

When I finished with my appointment, I was not happy about the service. However, the owner of the spa called me and asked how my treatment was. When I said that I was not happy, she invited me to come back for a free massage because she wants me to be happy with their services and come back again. I was very impressed with this customer service and will definitely give the spa another chance. more

Madison Day spa 5/25/2007

I have had facials at many places within and outside of Manhattan. This was by far the best one I have ever had. In additon to making me look better than I though t possible, I got the sense that the staff really cared about how I looked and felt. Five stars all the way around. more

Two words----Just Amazing! 5/12/2007

I've visited Madison Spa on 2 occasions for a birthday celebration and for a personal pampering day. I've also purchased gift certificates for a friend. Every experience with this spa has been really positive. The Ultimate Relaxation package was over the top! I slept better that night than I have in 20 years, and felt completely renewed by the next day. Also, for almost 4 hours of work, I thought the package was affordable. The staff is incredibly sweet; always asking how you're doing. They take great time explaining everything to you. They made me feel very important, and I did not feel rushed to leave as I did in other spas. The owner even remembered my name and I hadn't come in the spa for months. The facility is serene. Best chocolate wrap ever!!!!!! 5/4/2007

Okay i just came back from this spa and the chocolate wrap was amazinggggg! Here's the deal when you walk in the place is really old looking and dosen't really look like a spa. I think the beds are old and the carpet isn't that pleasant but once you get the chocolate body wrap everything is forgotton. They make the chocolate thing they rub on themselves then they wrap you up in you for 40 minutes. Then i took a shower and went into the sauna. For my final treatment the facial she used the microdermabrasian machine on me it was strange at first because i never saw one but it's pretty cool. Then she applied a mask and gave me an oxygen mask like the one they use in the hospital. It was really cool and different. I will defitnely go back there again. Came to the Madison-Spa for a package I?ve seen advertised on city search. My first impression was that the staff was very friendly. I bought Oxygen Facial ? this treatment made me look and feel much better and I have even received compliments from y colleagues at work on the clarity of my skin. I Loved every moment of it! I have also bought and Hot stone massage as part of the package. This relaxing massage made me forget all the Christmas stress. What a great way of treating yourself when you feel you need to get away from the daily stress and routine. Reflexology was also part of the package. A different therapist was performing each service. I Loved it. Thank you for a wonderful time which made me look and feel better and now I?m ready to host my family Christmas diner. more
