If you are thinking about buying a piece of furniture from this company, DON""T DO IT! We ordered a couch in Jaruary, were told the old 8-10 weeks deal. In May it finally showed up. It showed up scratched, and with staples in the leather. So three out of the five sections needed to be reordered. They were reordered and sent to a mysterious warehouse, and lost. These replacement pieces were supposed to arrive in July, but now, currently are being reorded from the manufacturer, and we can probably expect them, I'm guessing, at the earliest in 3 months! During this whole ordeal, no one at Macy's has taken any responsibility for such a poor operation. They seem to blame it on the manufacturer, or the warehouse. If we hadn't called to check on the status I'm positive that we wouldn't have heard from them. There has been no offer to ""try and make things right."" If I could, I'd send the whole thing back and go through someone else. We definately will not be purchasing anything in the future from this company. It has been nothing short of a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!
