excellent service and communication 4/26/2016

The things that differentiate service providers are communication and competence. Steve and John were clear and complete is describing what had to be done and then followed through to do exactly what they said on schedule and in the estimated budget. Overall, given that you are there because something is broken or not functioning, it they provided a great experience. more

Great Service! ! 4/21/2016

Dropped by today for service on my 1995 Ford powered RV. Steve was very friendly and helpful. He added refrigerant to my AC and was finished in about an hour. The shop is very neat and clean. It was a very pleasant experience. more

Great Customer Service 4/11/2016

I recently had a significant amount of work done on my car. I was able to drop my car off, and within a couple of hours received a printed estimate via email along with a text alert that it was available. I authorized the work via phone, and was given a time estimate. My car was ready early, and the charges were exactly as estimated. Great communication, efficient work. And my car seems to be in great shape! more

The folks at AZ Auto Air Inc in Chandler were quick to diagnose and repair a major issue with my vehicle's AC system that had plagued us for several months. I would chose them over the dealership's service center for AC work from now on. more

Reliable and trustworthy 4/6/2016

I took my truck in for a power steering issue. The repair was completed in the time and price quoted. I've been taking my vehicles to AZ Auto Air for years and the service only gets better. My repair came with a warrantee that can be used out of state if needed. more

looked at reviews from google maps and decided to take my car to them. I thought I needed a lot of work on my air conditioning in my car. They tested and replaced frion and said that was all it needed. I thought it was going to a hundreds of dollars. I was very surprised. more

Being a snowbird from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan I was not familiar of where to go for service on our vehicle other than a dealer. 2 years ago I was referred to you for an air condition problem, was very satisfied that I got immediate service (it was 95 degrees) so AZ has a return customer. more

Awesome & Honest Service from Friendly People 3/5/2016

Took my 2006 4Runner into have a cooling problem diagnosed & repaired, and they had me in and out in under an hour, for hundreds less than I feared I might have to spend. In addition, Steve and I discussed my 2001 PT Cruiser and what it might take to whip it in to shape and keep it on the road for another 75,000 to 100,000 miles. His knowledge of vehicles and the straightforward & honest manner in which he presented things was fresh "cold" air for someone uncertain where to find honest auto advice before today! more
