I had a scheduled appointment on February 16, 2007 for 3:40 PM. I was there at 3:30 and filled out a short form. I was called into the examining room at 3:40. After the assistant came in and took my blood pressure and temperature, she told me that Diane Reed would be with me in a "few minutes". An hour later, I was still waiting!! There were no emergencies at the clinic that afternoon. There were also no explanations as to why I was kept waiting so long and no Diane Reed. I did see her go by the examining room a few times, but she never acknowledged I was even there! I know there was an Amish lady ahead of me who was seen immediately. After the hour had passed, I put on my coat and left! I will never go there again. The treatment (or rather non-treatment) I received was inexcusable and very unprofessional on Diane's part. She also refers to herself as "Doctor Reed". I don't think so! She is not a certified doctor. A Physician's Assistant, but not a Doctor. If you have nothing better to do with your time than to wait an hour or more until she feels like seeing you, that's the place to go.
