Wonderful Vacation or Honeymoon Spot! 9/12/2006

You got it! Vegas Baby! This is where hubby and I spent our Honeymoon. We had a blast and will never forget it. We stayed at the MGM Grand and it was beautiful! We felt like royalty staying there. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. So, they upgraded us to a suite and they had a chilled bottle of Honeymoon Champagne waiting in our room. We went to so many shows most which are gone now. This was years ago... We saw Sigfried and Roy, Starlight Express, David Copperfield and so many others. You can't miss the shopping at the emporium in the Cesar's Palace! It's so neat. One show you cannot miss is the dinner show at the Medieval Times casino. We ate at the King Arthur's Tournament there. We ate great food with our hands and cheered on the knights as the battled in the theater. The horses, actors and show was amazing. You have to visit the circus circus adventure dome if you are into fun, rides and roller coasters. We had a blast there! What a wonderful memorable fun time we had going to all of the shows. The MGM has a new attraction where you can get your photo with a lion cub! This was wonderful to experience! I held a cub in my arms as it slept and we had photos done. Vegas is so much fun for a honeymoon! more

Grand is an understatement 6/12/2006

This property is MASSIVE, it is beautiful and there is so much to see and do. You can walk for hours and probably miles seeing this casino, hotel, and all it has to offer. Twice a day you can see the lions in the MGM Grand lion preserve, that they spent millions to build. There are beautiful pools (even a lazy river) and tons of shops and restaurants. The lobby is an awesome entry way as well. The MGM is one of the nicest complexes in Las Vegas no doubt about it! more

Great way to experience Las Vegas! 4/9/2006

We had a fabulous time at the MGM Grand. It is in a great spot on the strip and we walked everywhere. Although you don’t spend much time where you decide to stay in Vegas because you are out and about, the accommodations were great, they were very nice, and they have a ton to do right on the premises. I would recommend staying here! more

A Great Casino 3/17/2006

Feeling lucky? I hope so because this is one of the most funnest casinos in Vegas. It's stratigically placed on the Strip, and looks like one of fanciest casinos from the outside. There's a gaint lion statue that guards the casino and the main entrance. Heck, there's even a lion habitat inside the casino where visitors can pass by and look through glass window for free. The color of the outside of the casino is all green (as in money), and the hotel structures stands quite tall as they support over thousands of rooms for their guests. Inside the casino is lively, as they have all kinds of gambling games, especially the slots. Whats also cool is that there is a big arcade for the children to stay at. They have games where you can collect tickets and exchange for prizes as well as other usual arcade games. Basically, MGM is a must see attraction in Las Vegas. more

MGM Grand Hotel! 1/16/2006

The MGM Grand Hotel is located in a nice and pretty convenient area of the strip in Las Vegas. It is a gigantic, well kept hotel. The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. The casino is large too, with all the games and slots you could want. Visit the Lion Habitat to see the Lions- it is really neat and if you are lucky they will have cubs when you are there. When they have cubs, you can get a picture of yourself holding the cub. That is very cool. Sign up for the players card, you might find a free room offer in your mailbox a few months later! more

MGM Grand Hotel 11/29/2005

Great Hotel, Great Location We stayed at the MGM during the 4th of July Weekend and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested in a hotel with everything you could ever want. The casino is great (especially the Poker room), there is a wide array of food choices and the rooms are very good. We stayed in the West wing, which features a TV built into the mirror in the bathroom. The only negatives are the bed pillows (very thin) and the food carts left in the hallways for many hours. I would stay here again, though, due to the location and amenities. more

MGM Grand Hotel 11/26/2005

MGM Grand Hotel has HUGE spacious rooms, some overlooking the strip and some hidden away, and the best all-you-can-eat buffet on the strip. Be ready to stay in a huge long line when going to eat there. Gambling casino is large as well and if you sign up with their card - you can get some rewards back for gambling. I absolutely recomend it - 100%!!!!!!!!!!! more

MGM 8/27/2005

Yes, the hotel of the lion. This is a great place to stay in Las Vegas. This is an attractive plae for all age groups. They have a very nice spa. They have a Great French inhouse show, La Famme, which is also known in France as "Crazy Horse." Lion theme all around. On the bottom floor they have live animals which kids love to look at. The lions are beautiful. You can even take a picture with a live lion cub! The hotel is always hosting some artist, who could forget Britney Spears' Onix Hotel tour. Or the Blue Men group. The lobby was very nice, but the regular rooms could be better, they are not four star hotel quality. more

Lots of things to do! 8/22/2005

The MGM Grand Hotel is a great place to stay or visit. It is centrally located to many of the more popular casinos. Inside you can see shows, visit bars, and gamble of course. They offer a lion habitat where you can walk through a tunnel underneath their floor and look up. The floor of the habitat is made out of glass so that you have a better view of the lions. more

Don't lose your way. 8/5/2005

I have stayed MGM twice. It was the biggest hotel in the world at that time. It has the biggest casino, many restaurants and shopping malls. It was quite long way from the entrance to the elevator halls and it may takes 10-15 minutes to reach your room. The guest room is gorgeous. Nice tiles on the bathroom floor, clean tab, good view from the window. This hotel gives you nice impression of Las Vegas. more

MGM Grand Hotel 8/5/2005

The MGM Grand Hotel and Casino is by far the largest in Las Vegas. One can easily get lost in this massive casino. However, because of its sheer size, there are TONS of attractions here. Shows, movie theaters, restaurants, etc. Anything you can name that could possibly be inside a casino, the MGM Grand has. They usually have the best shows in town as well. You can't miss it if you're driving down the Las Vegas's green lights jump out at you! more

One word: Woah. 7/17/2005

This hotel is frickin HUGE! That is both good and bad. You have to walk fifteen minutes to get to the pool, through the casino and all. But what I love about this hotel is that it isn't TOO expensive, but it is a FIVE-STAR. The halls are fairly quiet so you can actually get some rest. The buffet is amazing. Great entertainment for minors and kids under the age of 21 too! more

Very nice 7/8/2005

MGM have like the hottest night club called Studio 54. It's really nice, they have live dancers and played great music. They have a great spa that can help you feel better and the pool are nice too. The best thing about this place is that they have real life lions. They also have their own grand arena for live boxing. It's a great place. Plus, they have a theme park of children of all ages. more

MGM Grand Hotel 6/17/2005

Come hungry because you are going find some pretty fancy eatings here at the MGM buffet. Expensive fish such as crab legs and shrimp are a part of this menu. The food is delicious and the variety is plentiful. The price is expensive, $30 a person, but it is worth every penny. Of course, save room for dessert. more
