relaxed the whole time 5/7/2013

She was very warm and thorough and really seemed to listen to what my concerns were. She was specific in how the massage options were (i.e. just my back or a full body; if just back, would do gluteal muscles and rotate around my back so it wouldn't just be one area). The extra information helped me make an informed decision and feel comfortable about what would happen. She seemed very confident and that she knew what she was doing. She also did not rush at the end, which is necessary, because if I feel the therapist is rushed, it ruins the whole peaceful mentality that has built up through the session. more

Front desk is always very sociable and friendly when checking in/out. Laura is great therapist, very talkative if you want to engage, as well as able to remain silent if looking for more of a relaxing touch. more

Wonderful day 3/11/2013

Mary made sure she made the bed very warm, as I like it. I feel wonderful today. Warm towels and yummy oils, no better place to come to relax. more

Fantastic. She is VERY good at what she does and is the reason I keep coming back. She knows what my issues are, addresses them each time, adjusts upon request, right amount of pressure, and still asks me each visit how things are and what do we need to focus on. She has helped my health and I am very appreciative. more

Recommend 11/29/2012

I have recommended to 2 of my friends who live in San Diego to be a member of mssage envy. I come to massage envy at Costa Verde(UTC) since it opened. I had lower back pain before I join to massage envy as a member, but now my pain is almost gone.!! more

Soo relaxing 11/19/2012

Each time, Carol uses hot towels to relieve tightness before she concentrates on my neck and shoulders - to me, this really adds to the effectiveness of the massage. I'm always so relaxed and almost fall asleep, I can hardly move when I stand up!! Thank you, Carol. more

Mary is just a fabulous massage therapist...definitely her calling. She is kind and professional and very adept at moving the body around and addressing needs of the client. If you love or NEED a deep massage she is the one to choose. She has definitely made me happy with my experience at Massage Envy. Everyone else I have met there has been great...no complaints! more

Really Effective 8/13/2012

Carol's soothing voice and her hot towels are the best for my neck and back, so her massage is really effective!! Her approach to the rest of the massage is excellent. She really works all my muscles, so when I get up off her table, I am so relaxed, it takes me a few minutes to get my motor running again!!! more

So Amazing! 6/26/2012

It was obvious that David had trained to do massage at a more advanced, perhaps holistic place. His techniques were amazing! He really listened to my concerns about my neck/shoulders/back where I hold a lot of tension and he used stretching and other techniques that really worked. I was his last appointment of the day, so he had probably worked on a number of people before me, but he was still strong and energetic. I don't think I will ever go to another therapist as long as he is there. Really a cut above the rest. more

Overall great experience 6/22/2012

This was one of the best massages I had in a very long time at Massage Envy. Laura was very attentive during the massage asking about my comfort, the pressure she was using. When I turned on my back, she even saw that my nose was stuffed and gave me a tissue. Laura worked on the areas I needed with great care. Overall it was a great experience. more
