The day of my car purchase everyone was really nice and helped out...HOWEVER as part of the sale they had agreed to fix both my tire pressure light issue that was on at the time and give me floor mats that were missing. I live in a different city and was in Abq one day and asked if I could get both of these done while I was in town. They told me to go to Nissan to take care of the light (could have just done that on my own) and said I could pick up floor mats at their other location. Well the floor mats ended up being some generic Walmart brand. When I asked where my Nissan mats where they argued that ""name brand"" was never promised. Why on earth would I make a big deal for 12 dollar floor mats??? OBVIOUSLY I wanted the mats that matched the car which is usually what you get with a car that you purchase!! Secondly, upon purchase they told me the tire pressure light was no big deal and that they checked the tires for me and the light should go off in a few miles. WELL, lets just say I have had to replace TWO tires since owning the vehicle which has only been about a month now. Pretty disappointing.
