My experience with this company was terrible. I called on Thursday morning asking if they had a set of truck nerf bars in for my 2007 F-150. They said they did, I went by on my lunch hour, got them, then when I got home that night realized they gave me the wrong ones. I called them, the said come in Friday and get the right ones. Friday morning I went by and they said they didn't have it, would have to order it, and it'd be Monday. Because of my work schedule I knew wouldn't be able to come by Monday so I dropped the truck off Saturday and picked up a rental car. This was my idea and didn't mind paying for the rental through Monday. Monday rolled around, they called me, and said they had received the wrong set and it'd be Tuesday. Since they wouldn't help cover any rental fees for me having to keep the car longer than I'd planned, I took it back and picked up my truck. The bars did come in on Tuesday and they came to my work, picked up my truck, installed the bars, and brought it back to me. The bigger problem here is they not once apologized for the hassle or for not having the product they told me they'd have. They also never offered to either knock some of the price of the bars down or the instillation fee (they actually charged me $5 more than they quoted when I bought the bars). On top of all of this, when I checked the bars after getting off work (before driving the truck anywhere) 2 of the total of 8 bolts I could see were loose. One of them was so loose it fell off in my hand. Now they did tell me that I should tighten the bolts the first 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 miles. However, I checked Google Maps and found that my work is 1.7 miles from them. There's no reason the screws could have loosened that much in only 1.7 miles. They hadn't put them on tightly to begin with.
This is just a personal thing but each time I called them I had to retell them my name and how to spell it. I spoke with them Thursday night, Friday morning, Saturday morning, Monday morning, and Tuesday morning. Now I understand not remembering a name right away but you'd think they would remember the name of a customer they had messed up so badly on.
