Best Little Food Trailer in Austin 9/15/2008

Best vermicelli bowl ever, absolutely perfect. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked tofu and the portion is quite generous. The summer rolls are perfect as well. I've never tried the sandwhiches because I can't tear myself away from the bowl, but everyone I've taken there flips out over them. It's just exactly what you are looking for with these items, nothing fancy or overdone. Call ahead because the wait can be excruciating. They are becoming really busy, I hope they expand or are able to better manage the demand. A more than 30 minute wait is not uncommon. But I always wait, it really is that good! Pros: Simple, no-fuss, perfect everytime Cons: Popularity is putting a damper on service more

So fresh, so so good!! 5/21/2008

I am now officially addicted to Lulu B's, thank goodness I only live around the corner. The menu is very simple, sandwiches, noodle bowls, and soft spring rolls sums up the food. The spring rolls are just wonderful. I really love the pork that is used. The noodle bowls are light and healthy and very filling. This is the perfect place to eat on a hot sunny day! But be warned, this place is already very popular and during lunch the wait can be 30 minutes or longer, but trust me when I say it is sooo worth it. Pros: Fantastic food, lovely service, great tree to sit under and eat Cons: Wish they had later hours for dinner!!! more
