If you want a doctor who is personable, listens to you, is considerate of your opinions and open to discussing options with you, this is NOT the doctor that you are looking for. I'm not commenting on his medical ability, but in my opinion, the ability to really listen to your patients is a large part of good, well-targeted care. One example is that when I mentioned visiting a chiropractor for back problems (and understand that after visiting the chiropractor my issues *always* improve within 24-48 hours), this doctor told me (not nicely) to let him know when I lost all ability to feel my leg and use it, so that he could help me before I became permanently paralized. Upset, angry, frightened and a little embarassed, I discussed with another doctor and the chiropractor, who both assured me that if my conditions improved immediately after an adjustment, and continued to improve rather than decline, this indicated the process was working, not damaging. I don't mind docs who don't like chiropractors, I just don't like docs who feel they have to be sarcastic jerks when they disagree with you. If you want a dictator rather than a doctor, maybe this is the right doc for you -- but not for me!
Pros: Family staff
Cons: Horrid bedside manners
