OMG! I was stranded in the middle of the night under the rain and my car didn't want to start. I contacted 411 and they connected me with other road side companies that were either closed or did not answer, then I reached LA One towing. They assisted me by sending me a driver that was so nice and patient (i was nervous so I must of driven him crazy). He towed my car for more than 15 miles and the cost was unexpected, I honestly thought I was going to pay much more, under the circumstances. I strongly recommend this company. The lady dispatcher was so kind in my time in need. Thank you. more

I had a recent situation where i was in downtown la really late at night and my car wouldn't start I was freaking out because it was like 1am and i was alone as a female that is really scary if you know downtown, I tried calling a towing company and they took forever so i used my phone to search for another towing company and came across la one towing and from the time i called to the time they got to me it felt like seconds, they were so fast and so polite i felt the need to let others in LA know that if you need a tow call them the driver was so nice a his appearence was clean he also tried to help me start the car first by jump starting the car.....it was awsome..thank you more
