This was my first time, so I was extremely nervous. Lucia made me feel very comfortable. We had a nice conversation as she began to prep me for the wax. Ten minutes later, I was done. Didn't hurt one bit. I will definitely go back when it's time =) more

i got a little lost on the way, but the service was excellent. Lucia was personable, caring, and treated me with respect. I liked that she used sanitary napkins to clean the skin before she waxed, baby powder, and let me know before she ripped off the cloth. more

I love her and her skills as an aesthetician! I've seen her for waxing and lash tinting for 20 years or so. Never switched after I found Lucia! Highly recommended!!! more

This was my first visit to Lucia, when she looked at my skin she said, "you got lots of bumps, girl" I felt a little nervous but she really got in there with the extractions...she was very honest about how often I should come in. I am looking forward to working with her to get my skin looking its best. Also I was a little nervous about if she worked with dark skinned clients and she put me at ease right away. Check her out!! more

What a time-saver not to have to worry about eyebrows in the morning! I had the eyebrow shaping and tinting by Lucia. I will be back for eyelash tinting. I enjoyed the experience as Lucia is very professional, a good listener, and fun to talk with. more

I had Shrada for my wax appointment, and she was great! Very friendly, and even though it wasn't the most comfortable or pain-free situation to be in, she really helped make it a good experience. It's a pretty small space, but it was definitely clean. more

I recently good a new haircut at Lucia's. It is fabulous! I really, really love it!!!! Sraddha not only included a headmassage while she was washing my hair, she also fixed the misstakes from my last haircut. I'll definately come here again! more

Lucia was very good, polite and did a great job. I've gotten a brazilian many times and this was one of the least painful experiences ever. and just fyi, it's located in a neighborhood area but I had no trouble finding parking. more

Great work 3/12/2011

Lucia has been waxing for 17 years and it shows! She does a great job and hard wax definitely seems to make the difference when it comes to comfort (no numbing sprays necessary). She has a cute little studio on the side of the house and immediately makes you feel welcome. I'll definitely be back. AND it's a GREAT price for a Brazilian. more

Lucia was very friendly, and knowledgeable about her skills. I also like the fact that it didn't take half a day to get my hair washed, cut, and styled. I was only there 45 to 50 minutes. more

Lucia is always fast and friendly. She uses the best type of wax (hard wax) that makes even brazilian waxes only semi-painful. She's definitely one of the best I've been to in Berkeley. more

First Brazilian Waxing Experience=A+ 2/24/2011

It was my first brazilian waxing experience, and Lucia made it worthwhile. It hurt ,but only for a second, and because I was pre-mesntrual. I did not know that it it was more painful when one is pre-mesntrual (so keep that in mind). But, she is quick, and lets you know what she is doing. She did a perfect job! I will definitely go back.
