I would give it 0 stars for rating if I could, but citisearch makes you give it at least one star. This is a horrible company. You cant talk to anybody, they never return phone calls.... This is the most incompetent company I ever dealt with. if you don't want your transaction to be a living hell, find another company to work with!!! more

I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with LSI title on several transactions over the last two years. Each time, they have proved to be nothing but incompetent, stubborn, and full of attitude. Furthermore, they don't seem to understand what a ""deadline"" is. more

i would not recomend this company to anyone. in my situation they kept my lender, real estate agent and my self in the dark about some important details. any time i asked a question about a problem they would say i dont know or we are working on it. in my case i was told the house i bought was funded recorded and was mine. i got the keys moved in started working on the house then found out later that they didnt even know who the owner was and could not contact them to sign off the deed. i had people coming to my door questioned me who was i, why was i living in the house, does the bank know, etc. finally about two weeks later i got my closing check. which as a first time home buyer i was unaware that, the check was supposed to be given to me when i got the keys. it took me turning them in to the federal insurnce department to get any questions answered with answers other than ""i dont know"" or ""we are working on it"" over all i am completely disatisfied with the company, my lender has talked with other lenders and they all have about the same feeling about them as we do. more
