We recently purchased three major appliances: Two online, and one in store. Since we were not available for delivery of the items, Lowe's had to coordinate with people locally. For both transactions, everything went smoothly. After the online purchase I had to call Lowe's from out of state and they were efficient and helpful. The installation was quick. For the in store purchase the manager allowed me to use a 10% off coupon that had expired the week before.
