I can find almost anything we need for a new project at Lowe's, except in rare cases, as long as we have a pretty good idea of what it is we need.
The overall feeling upon entering the building is that of height and hugeness. The ceilings are incredibly high, the aisles many. A bewildering number of items compete for your attention.
As long as you know what you need, you can find it. But if you don't, and if you need to get someone to help you, try to find an older man and not a really young one. The young ones don't seem to either know or care - with a few exceptions, of course. The older ones seem to be more interested in helping you and to actually know what they're talking about. ;-)
