Unique, special? Robert Niblock makes $6.6M per year, has a private jet, a lengthened runway at an airport and is too cheap to hire a janitorial service. Lowes uses the targeted termination method of firing people they do not like because they are either older or they use the insurance too much. Lowes threatens and abuses its employees. The management tends to either ignore what is going on or deliberately berate and intimidate its employees who do the best job they can. Customers are allowed to return merchandise without a receipt, but not employees. They are told they are responsible for 20% of the shrink in the store. This isn't true. The employees are honest and hardworking.
