I would recommend this company because of your service technician. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I felt that he went above and beyond what he was required to do to complete the job. I would have thought after the first attempt that the job was done, but he knew something wasn't right and continued to work on it. After he did that he was able to fully complete the clean out. The only reason I would use this company is because of him. If the rest of your technicians are like him your company should be in great shape. more

Worked tirelessly 12/29/2010

Over the weekend, we experienced a terrible plumbing problem which could not wait. Your technician not only worked in 98 degree heat on a Saturday, but also worked tirelessly and quite diligently to solve our problem, which took almost 5 hours... NEVER has an individual impressed us to this degree more

I recently had a lighting surge burn out a breaker, which was beyond my level of repair. I called Gene Love, not knowing what to expect. A Service Technician arrived at my home within an hour providing a personal and professional assessment, reasonably priced. Iâ??d recommend Gen Love to all friends and acquaintances, when services are required. more

Everyone who came to work on my problem was very professional and courteous. They took their time explaining what needed to be done and showing me what the problem was. They all were very friendly and made me feel like I had known them forever. They made me feel very comfortable with them and the situation I was in. more
