I tried this store for vacuum repair a few years ago. The service was so bad I paid to have what they did redone somewhere else. Years later, I thought I'd try them again. They're equally as horrible. Messy, dirty store, HORRIBLE service AND they broke my vacuum and chipped a plastic part off. This is not an inexpensive vacuum. I'm once again paying another vacuum store to fix their mistake. NEVER AGAIN. I don't know how this place stays in business with such horrible service. The other company I'll be going to sounds 110% more professional just on the phone. \r
Update: I just had my vacuum repaired (what Louisville vacuum broke and said would be an 80 dollar fix as it was ""worn out"") the Boulder establishment said to take what Louisville said with ""a table of salt"", and that my vacuum is good to go after reattaching a part and replacing the belt. and nothing is worn out. Again, I don't know how this place stays in business. They don't seem to know what they're doing...plus HORRIBLE customer service.
