Eat Like a...Cop 5/15/2002

Head to this LAPD-run diner for a whiff of a policeman's life. What do they like to eat? Well, if this menu's any indication, they like good old all-American comfort food. I don't understand how these guys can eat all this high-calorie food and still fit into those snug uniforms. The food's not that great, just the usual coffee shop fare, but it's fun to watch the people who frequent this place. Last time I went, an old guy with about 100 pins on his vest held court. more
