My visit to Sima Medical and Cosmetic Clinic was for Zerona treatments and HCG. I want to share my personal results, because the impact on my health and well being has been nothing short of dramatic. First let me say that working with the entire staff has been a pleasurable experience. They have all been knowledgeable, competent, friendly and very helpful. Sima has made a point to come by and encourage me all along the way, in addition to the first rate treatment I have received from the entire staff. As a man getting treatment in a predominantly women's arena, this has been very nice. I have not yet completed my treatments as of this writing, but in just my first two weeks of Zerona treatments I have lost a total of 9 1/2 inches of body fat! 4 1/2 inches of that came directly from my waist. I am wearing clothes I have not taken out of my closet in years, and I am feeling great. But that is not even the best part. In combination with HCG, in my first two weeks I have lost 16 pounds. Since HCG targets visceral fat, that internal fat surrounding vital organs, I have experienced the best result of all- my blood pressure has come down from a dangerous 150/100 (it has spiked as high as 170/105) to an average of 120/84! I won't lie- the HCG program is stringent, and I am certain my results have come because I have followed the program strictly. But Sima and her staff have been so incredibly encouraging to me all along the way, and it truly has not been difficult to follow the rules as a result of their support. Benefits to me include increased flexibility, easier breathing, lower blood pressure and a general satisfaction when I look in the mirror. My girl friend does not know I have been on this program. I can't wait to see her reaction when we are together again next month! I recommend this program in particular to men. I found this place from thier Groupon ad. The space is nice and has a nice feel to it, nicely decorated. The people are polite. I bought a spider vein treatment even though I have very few because I knew that the amount I had could be handled in one session. ( I had the majority of them lasered previously but thought a tune up would be a good idea). When I filled out the paperwork, it said to that the treatment required follow up visits, when I asked about this the woman I saw became a bit defensive. If you are looking for work done here for spider veins you should know they don't do ankle or anywhere near the foot, this was not previously mentioned and that she does not use a lighted magnifying lamp to really see what you have. Just the overhead light of a small proceedure room.\r \r I understood from them that each treatment would be appx. 40 injections, I had 7, it took 2 minutes and still have a few left. I think when she realized my intention was not to sign up for more proceedures she lost interest in continuing the treatment. So even though I think using Groupon can save one a good deal of money in this case it was just a lure to try to sell you proceedures at a more profitable return for the salon.\r \r I don't see a reason to go back. This Groupon was a bust. more

I stopped in at this medical spa after i had my nails done next door to ask about how much it would be to have hair removal on my legs.\r I talked to the gal at the reception and she gave me a range of this much to so much. i told her i had a consultation some other laser place in Kirkland and they said it washalf of what she quoted me... she said oh really what is the name of the place? so i told her and she picked up the phone and called them and acted like she was a client and quizzed them on how much, how many times and what machine do they use???? i couldn't beleive it right in front of my face she lied and said she was a potential client looking for prices???...thts crazeee haa haa\r \r then she hung up and said ok well we can match that price for you if you like???!!!\r ahhh i said oh OK GREAT let me think about it and got the hell outta there!!!\r Moral of the story is don't go there!! that's just unethical and if a clinic does this in front of a potential client i am out!!\r Good Luck more

I went in as I was struggling with sever cystic acne. I saw Sima and she spent quite a long time explaining how my particular acne may have been caused by hormones. I left with a game plan and a few prescriptions. I had my follow-up with her 6 weeks later, and by then, my acne was under control. I started seeing her for laser hair removal (her prices are the best and she has cutting edge equipment). My 13 year old daughter developed acne and Sima created a custom game plan with her….she is now acne free!!!!\r \r Nurse Stephanie started and I began getting her awesome medical facial (she actually customizes each appointment based on your skin needs). My face has never been better. I will be scheduling my first annual mole check with Sima (did not even know about this important service that everyone should get). \r \r Exotic and Linda are the best reception girls in the world. Exotic remembered my name when I came back on my second time….WOW!!! \r \r Love, love, love this place!!!\r Pros: Superb Ambiance & Expert Medical Staff Cons: can't think of a single one!!! more

Since I moved up here from Southern California, I have attempted to find an esthetician in Washington State that provides outstanding results. After several miserable appointments, I finally found Stephanie Negrete. She is genuinely interested in the care of my skin. I agree with Tonia G. She doesn't do the aggressive sell on office products even though I'm sure she has or had a sell quota. Longevite Medical & Cosmetic Clinic (Woodinville office) is gaining an employee who has integrity, is ethically sound, and has perfect customer skills. Northwest Face Medical and Aesthetic Services (Kirkland's office) has suffered a HUGE loss. more
