We went there last night (02/11/2012). The place is nicely decorated and painted, but the service is horrible. It took us 20-25 minutes just to get the appetizers, and the guy wouldn't even bring us water and kept on disappearing. He was just not into it, no interest at all in what he was doing. In the end when we paid (using a couple of gift cards and cash), he did not even bring us the change!! Guess he "assumed" that it was his tip, hmmm. Thank God it was only a couple of dollars, 'cause we were so pissed that we didn't even bother to ask him and left. This place is expensive and it should definitely have people working there who CARE. There were even three or four tables that were dirty and they did not even care to clean. Overall, the food was OK, but the service leaves A LOT to be desired. I will never set food there again, and only hope we would have gone to the one at 15135 North Kendall Drive in Miami, which was closer to us, and probably way better. In this economy, the way this restaurant in Doral works is just plain wrong. more

The lunch specials are great. We ate here with family and everything was fantastic--the steaks, soups, salads, sides. The service was excellent. We would eat here again. The Pines location is also just as good! more

Longhorn's is the restaurant to turn to for me when I can't come up with any new places to try. Why? Because I know I won't be disappointed! I love their food and their prices! I have always been greeted by friendly wait staff and have never had any problems with my order! Not to mention that it's the perfect restaurant to go to when you just want to sit back, relax, and have a nice conversation! Highly recommended! more

I just cannot get over the fact that I had ordered a New York Strip steak (and paid for it) & they brought me a sirloin. I complained that what they gave me was not a NY strip & they took it back to kitchen & they sent it back saying it was indeed a NY strip. I was so upset I couldn't even eat it. more

Cheap steak! 7/24/2002

The best steaks the best appetizers and awesome service. It's an all-american steakhouse that doesn't raid your wallet but raids your taste buds! Pros: Service, Food, Inexpensiveness Cons: No Delivery, Lighting too LOW more
