Long Beach Roofing ripped off and replaced my roof as well as repaired the wood damage underneath. Mike, the guy I dealt with, was very good and always called me to let me know what was going on. He also worked with me on the date because we wanted to do it before the holidays but it ended up being afterwards but he worked with me on that. more

Very satisfied! 2/4/2014

Long Beach Roofing completely redid my roof. They told me about the materials that were available, so I went into the experience with my eyes wide open. I chose the most energy efficient materials they had. They also replaced seven skylights and installed a new one in our master bath. It was truly an effortless experience for me as a customer. They came out and did all the measurements, and then they went to the manufacturer. I guess skylights are custom made, so they had to be very particular about the measurements. I'm very satisfied with the end results! It was my first time using them. The reason why I called them was my neighbor, who is behind our house, used them. Every evening I would go back to the alley separating our properties and check the alley for nails so I wouldn't get a flat tire. I never found a single nail, so that's why I hired them! more

Great experience 11/14/2013

Long Beach Roofing replaced our roof on both our church and youth building and it turned out wonderful. Our congregation complimented our new roof. We have worked with Long Beach Roofing a couple of times now. We recently had our entire roof and apartment roof redone. We like giving them our business because the workers are good and fast. They're also very clean and don't leave us messes when they're through. The only issue we had was that the supervisor wasn't always straight forward about the time frame. It was understandable why their work got backed up, but we had hoped for a little more communication. Other than this, the service and their work is excellent. We would recommend them. more

Good work on my roof, twice 6/24/2013

I have a flat roof...never buy a house with a flat roof because they have so many more built in problems. Long Beach Roofing has done two roofing jobs on it and they have been satisfactory. Unfortunately they have to put sealants around the drains on a regular basis due to the design of my house. They have done as good a job as anybody on my roof and balcony. They come out on time and are available on my schedule so I keep going back to them! more

I've used Long Beach Roofing to do a complete re-roof on two different houses as well as a partial re-roof on one of them. I've used them at least 3 times over 20 years. Their prices are reasonable - not the least expensive nor most expensive. They've very responsive and they clean up after themselves. If there is ever a problem, Mike gets in touch with me right away. more

They were not the first person that I called, I called a total of three different roofing companies to get estimates. I found that while Long Beach Roofing were not the cheapest, they seemed to have the greatest degree of professionalism. The person who did the inspection of the roof determined what was necessary to fix it and was very thorough, which I appreciated. I was very satisfied with the final product. The workers were very neat. They didn't leave scrap material laying around. They came exactly on time and didn't keep me waiting. more

Long Beach Roofing gave me a new roof in 2001. Since then, they have come out to repair a skylight and some leaking. Each time they have done a job for me, they have done it well. The quality is good. The prices are high, but you get good service, and that's the trade-off. more

Conrad from Long Beach Roofing is extremely professional, and we would definitely have him back again. We were so impressed with how professional he and his crew were the first time around so we have continued using them. To fit in our budget we are fixing the roof by area, rather than all at once, and they have done a great job at working with us. The prices are very reasonable and the work is always done on time so we will continue using Long Beach Roofing to correct the roofing mistakes a previous roofing company made ! more

I've dealt with them for years and they have always provided great service. The guys come on time, know what they're doing, and are easy to deal with. We had an entire roof put on by them around 15 years ago and it's still in wonderful condition. more

Through many years, we've had leaks in the roof and other kinds of problems like that. They always come out and take care of it, and when it's done it's done. They do what they have to do very effectively. more

I was having the roof redone and solar panels installed at the same time. Not only did they do an excellent job on the roof but they also coordinated with the solar panel installers. They had a good choice of different roofing materials and their customer service was really excellent. more

Very Professional 12/7/2012

Long Beach Roofing replaced the skylights on our roof. We had some leaks in different spots and they came out and fixed them. We also had some recurring leaks in one bathroom and it took five visits from them to have the problem resolved. We think there may have been something wrong with the instillation of the skylights. They were very nice about coming out. They have been very professional and very easy to work with. They were a little slow to resolve the problem, but otherwise good. I would refer them to other people. more

I am very happy with the job done by Long Beach Roofing. Mike, the sales guy, is extremely good. He's not pushy, just explained options. They were good at explaining what, when, how, and where, and how much. The prices that they promised me were what I ended up paying.
