As an expensive East Hampton jeweler I would expect at least the level of customer service you'd get at a neighborhood store.
Over the years, unfortunately, I have spent several thousand dollars at this store. However, faced with a design flaw with one of their watches, they have refused to repair the defect without charging several hundred dollars. I have already paid them to have this same work done a few months ago! They have been rude, condescending and have failed to even call me back about this problem. Shop elsewhere.
