Toyota Dealer 4/16/2010

My husband and I have both used Lombard Toyota for new vehicles. As usual, there was a lot of hemming and hawing during the negotiations; but the overall income was good. The salesperson listened to what we needed. more

Surprised and thankful!!! 11/11/2009

I purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry at Lombard Toyota. Paul took the time to help me figure out which options were the most important for me and then showed me how I could save money by getting them in a discount package. He also helped me figure out a payment that fit into my budget and made the whole experience much easier than I was expecting. It was the 4th Toyota dealer I visited and I have to admit that I had my guard up when I walked in. Paul and everyone else I met helped me to feel like what I wanted was more important than them making the sale. The staff at Lombard Toyota seemed to actually care about me as a customer instead of making me feel like I was going to be the next victim. I've referred my brother in-law to Paul and will tell everyone else I know about my experience. more

Loved working with Vito 11/4/2008

My husband and I worked with Vito and he was wonderful to work with. He was reasonable and willing to work with us fairly. He found the car we wanted (we were very specific on color, & options and it had to be a Camry Hybrid too). He even got it delivered for us within a few days! Another dealer tried to sell us a car he had available on the lot and would not help us get the car WE wanted. Vito also gave us the best price on our trade-in. more

Terrible internet sales people 9/6/2005

I went to buy a truck from this dealer. I researched and had a price in mind. I gave them all the info and stlll had to play the let me talk to the mgr game. After agreeing to the deal I said I had to go back to work and will come back at 5pm to finish the deal. When I got there at 5pm the sales guy had done nothing. I had to wait about 2 hrs for him to get the truck ready and fill out papers. A month later I called saying i was missing the trailer hitch ball. He said it was too bad and I could buy another one. would not offer anything. Very rude people. more
