I have been going to the Log Cabin since it was over off Pacific St., when I took my first quilting class to learn to make a baby quilt in 1989. It has grown into a great shop at the Center St. location. You can find just about any color fabric and style of fabric that you could want. The owner, Sue, is knowledgeable and she has on numerous occasions ordered for me special items I have seen on tv quilt shows. I enjoy the comfortable atmosphere of shopping and the "purchase card" which gets punched for all purchases, not just fabric. I now consider myself a seasoned quilter, but still get good ideas from that shop all the time.
