nice place but too pricey 3/29/2008

The location and salon are very nice, it even has a nice deck, but you end up paying for these extras. I didn't think the services I got were worth the extremely hefty price tag at the end. I have definitely had much better highlights done else where, at much less cost. Also, I filled my meter to the max (2 hours) and my stylists put more money in for me too (very nice of her). Unfortunately she didn't put enough time on my meter for the extra time she took - I got a parking ticket too. Not used to a trim a partial highlights taking 2+hours, but I guess it's nice they are thorough. However, I will be skipping this place next time. Pros: nice location Cons: parking and price more

best beach salon 9/13/2007

a relaxed beach salon with a hip la vibe...have lived in the los angeles area for 10 years and spent the first three years traveling to beverly hills - not worth the drive, time or money. sarah crimi at the loft has been styling and coloring my hair since and the overall experience has been fabulous. technique & skill are as current and precise as any beverly hills salon but transpire in a soothing and ambient environment near the beach with great music and a cool atmosphere. Best Salon Ever 2/21/2007

This is the best salon I have ever been to. The atmosphere is bright and comfortable. The staff is professional, friendly, talented, and highly educated in their field. The most essential part of good business is the ability to make clients feel at home in any situation. It can be overwhelming to step into a salon and be bombarded with opinions about your personal style. I have never felt pressured at the Loft. The stylists have always taken the time to listen to me and have gone the extra mile to make sure that I am satisfied. Pros: This salon has it all! Cons: I have nothing negative to say. more

Very Welcoming! 6/15/2005

I have to say, most salons that I've been to in the past have made me feel very uncomfortable (a bit on the snobby side).... But definately NOT here. I felt welcome from the second I entered to the second I left. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Above all, my hair looks incredible!!! Everyone that I witnessed leaving after their appointment looked incredible. Did I mention their beautiful outdoor deck filled with colorful flowers and cafe umbrellas? I'm so happy thet I finally found a salon that fits. Pros: Talented, Reasonably Priced, Friendly more
