I HAVE MADE MY 3RD RENEWAL..AND WHEN I WENT TO MAKE MY PAMENT I WAS ASKED FOR A HIGHER PAMENT.THE WOMAN SAID THAT SINCE I RENEWED MY CONTRACT I HAD A HIGHER FEE.I FING THAT OUTRAGEOUS.I WAS ALSO LATE FOR A PAMENT DUE TO THE FACT THAT I THOUGHT THE PAYMENT WAS LOWER.WAS THREATENED IMEDIATELY TO HAVE MY CAR REPOSSED.
