HORRIBLE customer service by the ""office manager"", Heidi. Will not shop here again.

Big selection with lots of styles. Prices were the best out of the 5 places I went to. Bought all my tile and setting materials all in one place so that saved me time. The 2 customer service people I worked with seemed to know it all and we felt very comfortable. more

Considerate knowledgable people willing to serve. 10/4/2011

I have been a client of Loka Tile for over four years and have always been treated with the utmost respect. The owner, Angela, is a knowledgable hard working lady who is proud of her business. She will share her time to make sure you are taken care of and will answer all your questions. I have gone to many training seminars at their large warehouse and have learned much. They work hard to make you a success and therefore they are successsful. I'm going again tomorrow to buy more Schluter products which is one of their many specialties. I won't do business withthese people ever again 8/22/2009

On unloading six sheets of Hardibacker board I noticed that two bottom sheets had black tire marks as if a forklift had driven over them. I Noticed that they loaded on the bottom with a cleaner one on top with some moldy stuff on its bottom side. When I took them back the counter person would not even look at them and said she could not give me a refund. I explained that I lived an hour away and had purchased three replacements locally. She would not give me a refund. If you must do business with these people be VERY VERY CAREFUL AND INSPECT EVERYTHING YOU RECEIVE. I certainly would not trust them much. Pros: some nice tiles Cons: sahallow knowledge and poor customer service and care more
