Dr. Lo has been my doctor for about 9 years. She is always through and listens to what I have to say. The only drawback is that she is very busy! more

Dr. Lo is very thorough in her examinations, and remembers from one visit to the next what you were treated for and what you are being seen for on the current visit. She has a rapport with her patients and respects their concerns and expectations and listens with an attentive ear. She does not poo-poo anything the patient contributes regarding their history, family history, or knowledge about their own body and system and works with the patient to maintain a happy healthy life. She is a terrific diagnostician and an excellent doctor. I probably should not write this, because more people will go to her and cause the wait in her office to be even longer. The only downside to having Dr. Lo as our family physician, is the wait time in her office. If that were improved, this would be a 5 star recommendation. Also as an additional note, her staff is wonderful. They are always attentive with a smile and concern. more

Dr. Lo is a knowledgable doctor. She focuses in on the condition that you came in for. Sometimes the wait in her office can be up to 45 minutes to an hour. Afterwards, you can wait for another 15 minutes in the exam room. She'll come in and check your condition and ask you questions. Then she'll ask if you have any questions for her. Be prepared with your questions because she'll leave the room and get your prescription. If you're looking for a doctor that takes their time and is more affable and want a relationship, she is not the one. Her office is usually pretty busy. But if you're looking for a doctor that will treat you for what you have and you don't desire that type of relationship, she's pretty good. more
