This Child Care Center has been in business for appprox 18 years, with some of the same employees. That says something about what services they are providing in this community. I have raised almost twenty years of grand children in this center. They have written materials for everyone to read and understand what is required of them. It is NOT their obligation to continually tell a parent that leaves their child, in care, from 6:45 a.m. to closing, to pay the $1.00 per day that D.E.S. mandates they pay. This type of parent actually expects change from $5.00 for five full days of care, dropping this child off early and picking him/her up late, and leaving this child in care when not at work, while someone else pays the bill. Maybe this type of parent should focus more on the days that she chooses not to spend with her small child. Maybe this parent should be grateful for the employees that have to wipe her childs face and nose as he/she is being dropped off in child care because she doesn't have time. Maybe this parent should be grateful for the child care employees that hug and love and baby her child because she doesn't have time. These workers teach your child what you don't have time for...... Speaking, eating, dressing, making friends, learning how to get their needs met instead of screaming and yelling and hitting to get your attention. This parent was so unsatisfied with this child care center that she continued bringing one child and now another expecting free child care again. WOW Someone needs to re-think what they wrote.
