BUT before using the tank, it is a standard in the industry to have the walls pressurewashed and enzymes added, which they said would take an hour and the 2 gallons of commercial enzymes would (each be) $175 a gal. I asked if that was a flat charge for the hour and they said no, it always took a solid hour to do the job good. When they came back it took 10 minutes tops for the pressurewashing and enzymes to be added, BUT , we didn't get all the enzymes into the tank they charged us for, because the guy was dribbling some out of the empty container on the ground as he walked away. The actual product they put in and charged for Drayner Septic Seep is $29.95 in the Spokane valley - I got some last month not on sale, and they charged $175 each gallon.
