Regarding the Deer Valley location - beware! We took our trailer in just after Memorial Day this year, and JUST NOW got it back. Its August 24. The initial estimated time to get it done was 2 weeks. At 3 weeks we started calling them consistently. Every time we called, they had ordered the parts and when the parts come in, they will do it that day, should take about 3 hours. Every time. We kept calling back and the parts may be in finally, but they're not on yet, it will be done by tomorrow at the latest. So we would call back tomorrow and so and so has it on their list for first thing in the morning. Mostly their problem is- they NEVER call you back, and when you call them you get a different story every time! It took this whole time for supposedly simple repairs to be made as soon as the parts were in. Phillip is who works the ""service"" desk and he is the one who you can never get a hold of, or a call back from. When you talk to someone else, they say how busy he is and that there is so much on his plate. If that's the case - hire more help!! Its ridiculous that a customer has to call EVERY DAY to get different answers EVERY TIME. I would never take our trailer in again because what happens if we want to use it sometime? We can't do it when they have it for months at a time. The place is ridiculous. Not customer service oriented.
