I'm an out of State buyer. Should have walked away at the beginning, Jeremy O'Grady( internet salesman) did not phone me back after I put in an offer.I Phoned back two days later and he stated he forgot. Gave I'm a bank draft, and as it was a holiday said he had to wait until it cleared then did not phone me back. Once Jeremy received monies for vehicle, customer service became non-existent. Missing part on roof rack was promised to be replaced before I picked up vehicle, needless to say it was not even ordered when I picked vehicle up two weeks latter. I was then told it was going to be shipped to me, surprise surprise part never showed up. I've received better customer service buying a pack of gum. Lithia says it prides itself on customer satisfaction, I only dealt with Jeremy O'Grady however if individuals like this are hired by the company I would take my business elsewhere.
