These people are the absolute WORST. I cannot express how terrible their service has been. I spent over $10,000 on lighting for my loft. Lites On sent the wrong dimmers, such that the lights don't turn on for five or ten seconds after you flick the switch. This sounds minor, but I assure you, it's extremely annoying.\r
For months, Lites On blamed the contractors. After the contractors had checked their work many times over, Lites On finally sent their own electricians (twice), who eventually determined that the wrong dimmers had been sent. They mailed me new dimmers. They sent an electrician. And the electrician replaced one (of three) dimmers. Now, it's been months more and I'm still waiting for them to schedule the same electrician to replace the other two dimmers. \r
It's not just the specific situation I'm describing above - they just NEVER get back to you. You send an email, explain exactly what is needed - nothing. When you tell them they'll have to pay for an outside electrician, suddenly they become responsive, apologize about how it's been 'crazy' there, they'll get right on it...then more nothing. I can't say it enough. They are the WORST.
