BEWARE of FALSE ADVERTISING.....There is no SPARKLING Pool, the pool hasn't been uncovered in the two seasons I was there although you pay for it in your water bill that they controll and inflate to be twice that of what I have paid at other Phila rentals. And should you like trailer park style living, well then this place is for you! The dumpsters are usually decorated with former move outs furniture and mattresses and such, in plain view of course so your guests will know you've chosen a ""Quality"" place to live! And the Pit Bulls that are tethered at the front doors or just allowed to roam without a leash as Marnie in the office says that's just the way it is...TOO BAD! This is her way of with the issues at hand, she is very good to loose your paper work and be sure to get your pet on the lease as Marnie will be calling in a couple months to charge you yet again for another pet deposit. Oh and the ""NEW"" kitchens and baths....my unit Kitchen was never completed...I lived the first few months with out a stove and microwave because the cracked out property manager was too busy getting high! He was later removed by police for his Meth habbit....QUALITY EMPLOYEES! and just to think he had keys to my apt. Shame on me for being a better than most tennant as I guess they are used to using the collection agency to remedy the mistakes that Marnie makes when she doesn't record all your deposits. and they must be made by money orders so that it is harder for you to track! Friends, don't make the same mistake I did, when I met with Bill Liss in the begining I should have followed my gut feelings as he was quick to put pressure on when I wanted more time to think about renting here, he said the rental priced increase the next day if I had passed on filling out the application that day.....Shady dealings! My advise to you is to RUN! Your worth a better landlord than LISS PROPERTY GROUP And Marnie ... TOO BAD! Thats just the way it is!
