Lisa's Pizzaria Restaurant

Lisa's is a small, old-fashioned Italian restaurant, with really delicious thin-crust pizza. It's very popular on the East side. The restaurant is upstairs in what used to be a house, so it's not handicap accessible. There's a jukebox here, too. more

Lisa'a is one of my favorite restaurants of all time! Probably since I have been going there since my parents began taking me there before I can even remember. Since then, I have always loved going there for a pizza and some deep-fried eggplant (the best ever,anywhere!) and recommending it to my friends. I have since turned a lot of people on to it! Anyway, my favorite thing to order is a thin crust pepperoni and onion pizza with an order of the aforementioned eggplant. It is always delicious and I have never had a bad experience with the food or service. The restaurant is small, but it only adds to the atmosphere. Also, they recently made some renovations to the dining area, which makes it look a little nicer. Everyone needs to try Lisa's! more

Lisa's on Oakland is some of the best pizza in town! Pick up, have it delivered, or eat in. The place is decorated in Old World Italian with Frank on the jukebox. They have a full menu of traditional Italian food, that melts in your mouth. I have no problem bringing my kids or having a romantic evening with my husband there. Very friendly, family owned business. I recommend it to people all the time. more
