We bought our homeowners insurance from Lisa when we bought our fist home recently. She made it very convenient for us and even stayed after work hours one evening to make sure we were set with all of the required paperwork. She also made a number of phone calls on our behalf to speed up the process. The only strange thing was that she asked us to send her a picture of the house, which we thought was strange. We were under the impression it was the insurance company's job to take the picture. I ended up telling her they would have to take the picture, as we had way too many other things going on with the closing already.
