Lindell Spas delivered a two-year-old floor model instead of the brand-new model that I ordered. I paid top price. i ordered six weeks in advance. When the spa was delivered and I questioned worn aspects of its appearance, I was told, ""Oh, every spa we get spends a little bit of time on the showroom floor."" This ""new"" spa leaked right away, had its side removed and its insulation torn out. It was refilled repeatedly at my cost, and still it wasn't repaired. It wasn't until I visited the showroom and saw the shining, unblemished new model on the showroom floor that I realized what had happened. Corporate headquarters confirmed my suspicions, telling me that, based on my product serial number, I had a two-year-old spa.
